Our client required CAT6 structured cabling run from desks to independent racks situated on each floor of their building. Each rack then had a fibre uplink installed back to the main server room to provide connectivity to the network. The project was complex, as there was existing structured cabling in varying quality and condition and the decision was taken to run the new infrastructure through the ceiling. This posed issues due to the structure of the building.

To minimise the impact on staff, the client requested that the majority of the work was done over the Christmas shut down. The structured cabling installation project also coincided with major refurbishment works.

Much of the preparation was completed before the Christmas shutdown, out-of-hours to minimise the impact on the client’s staff. There were structural issues, but these were overcome by Complete Cabling Solutions project managers, who suggested innovative solutions that were respectful of the building and considerate to the budget.

The works were completed ahead of schedule to a very high standard. The client has approached Complete Cabling Solutions again regarding further structured cabling installation project at other locations within the UK.

Our client required an extensive overhaul of the cabling infrastructure in three floors of their new office premises, which included the installation of new data outlets, copper links, co-axial points, reorganisation of network cabinets and installing new ports for printers and plasma screens.

The installation also coincided with major refurbishment works that were taking place throughout the building.

Multiroom IPTV Solution, Commercial offices, Wolverhampton

Our client required a cost effective multi room IPTV solution within their offices and training rooms. Complete Cabling Solutions recommended an innovative networked solution that met the client’s requirements at a competitive price.

Complete Cabling Solutions installed an IPTV solution comprising of LG 32” and 42” LCD screens and discrete Acer nettop computers to produce a versatile multi function solution. The system can either be controlled individually from each location or centrally from a master networked PC.

The system was installed and commissioned to a high standard by Complete Cabling Solutions trained installation engineers.
